The Challenge
As client requirement increases and becomes more nuanced, legacy software systems often fail to keep pace with such rapid changes in progress. This was true with Eventpro UK. Having successfully used a previous piece of bespoke software for a number of years, the inherent limitations were soon have negative impacts on the business – something had to change.
The Solution
With a wealth of experience in developing successful event management systems, Iosys were selected to redesign Eventpro UK’s existing legacy system to build a wholly new, futureproof web-app software platform.
Paramount to the project was the ability for Eventpro UK to have total granular control over conference setup whilst also allowing client access to limited but crucial parts of the system. Handling the requirements of conferences of all sizes, from smaller, more intimate gatherings to larger, multi-day, multi-venue events – all requirements had to be catered for.
Alongside, real-time online payments via Stripe or invoiced payment methods were integrated, combined with discount and incentive code management.
The Result
Eventpro UK’s management system now allows the business to concentrate on providing tailored conference services to clients such as Charity Retail Association, British SkyDiving & British Damage Management.
From conference setup, secure client access, delegate signup, automated email confirmations, image imports and optimisation - the system provides everything that a conference organiser may require.
Iosys continue to provide comprehensive ongoing systems management with secure hosting on its UK-based dedicated servers.
