EventEntry is an online provider of entry, advance ticketing and membership services to sporting and other event industries. Using a streamlined approach, entrants can sign up to multiple events at any given time whilst checking out just once. Its aim - to make online entry simple, quick, cost effective & hassle free.

The Challenge

Back in 2012, there was a lack of a suitable services. Other providers were available, but we’re either too cumbersome, lacking the required functionality, or too expensive. So, IosysWebTech decided to build their own, from the ground up – and EventEntry was born – an online entry platform, aimed initially at the running community, developed by runners.

The Solution

From the outset, EventEntry wanted to stand out from the crowd. The design is sleek, optimised for mobile devices, without any intrusive advertisements or annoying popups.

Where other providers insist on pre-registration and THEN signup, EventEntry’s approach is to consider the signup as the registration – why duplicate a process?

With other providers, entrants are only able to signup individually – which isn’t user friendly in the slightest. Instead, EventEntry allows multiple entries followed by a single point of payment.

Initially, PayPal was chosen as the preferred payment solution provider, and over time this has been expanded to include Stripe for major cards and now ApplePay & GooglePay wallets.

The Result

Conceived to fill a void for a single event, EventEntry is now a leading UK-based online entry platform. Its services are used by numerous of respected sporting events, charities and sports clubs.

With hundreds of thousands of entrants using EventEntry, the platform is perfectly suited to handling high demand, sell-out events.

The service is wholly & truly integrated. From the initial front end, data is seamlessly exchanged with the Event Director portal and the Entrant portal. A single platform with a unified view of any event at any point in time.
