Cumbria web developers, Iosys are delighted to announce the launch of their latest bespoke work for Matson Ground - a brand new website promoting nine stunning holiday cottages set in idyllic, rural locations, surrounded by the peace and quiet of a traditional Lake District private estate.
Matson Ground Estate Company is nearly 100 years old and manages around 500 hectares of farmland and woodland close to Windermere and 150 hectares at Braesteads Farm near Patterdale. Matson Ground Farm is run organically with a second farm, Braesteads, in the Grisedale valley near Patterdale, farmed conventionally. Both benefit from Stewardship agreements with Defra.
Iosys were awarded the web development contract to completely revitalise an existing, but aging website – to incorporate stunning photography of each holiday cottage whilst ensuring that existing SEO was maintained and improved. In addition to the client facing website, Iosys also developed a bespoke admin portal day to day management of frequently updated content, such as blogs and late availability offers.

High on the priority list was also the retention of pre-existing third-party features, namely client reviews, newsletter signup and booking platform. Iosys worked with those third parties to ensure seamless reintegration.
